Last week Solitude hosted a Town Hall, where Amber led a discussion to recap our 21/22 season, share our summer 2022 projects/maintenance list, and provide a high-level view of Solitude’s five-year plan/vision to build.

Summer at Solitude starts Thursday, June 16, and is only 1 week away. New this year, Sunrise lift will be open an additional day, Thursday to Sunday. To kick off the summer, rentals, lift tickets, and lessons will start operating in the village. Once the beginner mountain bike trail and pump track are built in the Link Lift area, these operations will move down to the Moonbeam base area for the remainder of the summer.

Along with the addition of a beginner bike trail and mountain bike lessons, a paved path is being built in between the two base areas, making it easier to walk from Moonbeam to the Village.

An adventure park is also coming to Solitude this summer near the base of the Sunrise lift starting with a climbing wall, euro bungee, and 9-hole disc golf in the base area. In addition to the Adventure Park, Coca-Cola Sunset Cinema and our Sunday Live Music Series will be returning with Outdoor BBQs this year.

Mark your calendars for Summer Fest on August 7, our summertime extravaganza, when The Sweet Lillies return to Solitude after rocking the stage at our first-ever Coca-Cola’s Last Chance Beach Bash in March.

Free outdoor yoga will return to the Inn at Solitude lawn on Saturdays at 9 a.m. starting July 2.
