As February draws to a close, we’ve got the spring season on our minds, and that means all sorts of après ski festivities! With 437 inches of snow this season, we’re looking at a long season, and we’ve got you covered with tons of options for after your day of skiing or riding.
One of our favorite après activities is Argen-Trivia, which takes place on Saturdays from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Argenta Pub, found in Moonbeam Lodge. Enjoy drinks and food from the pub while competing to win prizes! Guests of all ages are welcome to participate in Argen-Trivia.
We’ll also be offering up Sunday S’mores from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. while supplies last, right outside of Moonbeam Lodge. Bring the kids (and maybe some napkins) and enjoy some complimentary s’mores at the end of the day. It’s a sweet way to round out a day of skiing and riding.
Another tasty choice down at Moonbeam is Little Dollie Waffles, the best waffle shop in the West! They’re open every day except Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., so swing by for a sweet treat for the road.
Looking for a drink? Stop by the Village and hit The Thirsty Squirrel, Solitude’s favorite après bar. The Squirrel offers a fully stocked bar, a pool table, TVs showing sports games, and live music on Saturdays. Stop in and see why the locals love The Thirsty Squirrel.
Searching for a hot slice? Stone Haus, located in the middle of Solitude Village, is our favorite spot for a slice of pizza. They also offer ice cream, coffee, sandwiches, salads, and a great beer selection.
Looking for a little more? St. Bernard’s and Honeycomb Grill are both excellent options for those who want to grab dinner after a long day on the slopes. Some of our favorites include the tartiflette at St. Bernard’s and the bison burger at Honeycomb Grill.
One of our signature events is Nordic Nights, taking place every Saturday night at our Nordic Center, just up the road from Solitude Village. It’s always an awesome time for families and friends alike. We light up the Nordic trails with tiki torches and have plenty of fire pits and music to keep you warm and entertained!
Ready to pamper yourself? Book yourself a spa appointment! Solitude Mountain Spa offers massages, facials, and more. A visit to the spa is always best after a long day of skiing or riding. Solitude Mountain Spa is located on the bottom floor of the Solitude Inn. Finishing your day with a massage and a delicious dinner, what could be better than that?
There’s tons to do at Solitude after the lifts stop spinning. Whether it’s grabbing a drink and dinner or getting a world-class spa treatment, we’ve got you covered for après activities!
